The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances as well as all of the necessary kitchenware to serve you and your guest. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are open, making for a spacious and comfortable area to relax and entertain.

Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries and feature a West Texas favorite, Tecolote Handmade Soaps.

You will experience the fastest internet available making it easy to stay up to date with work projects or stream your favorite shows.

Tech Terrace is a trendy neighborhood that’s within walking distance to the south side of Texas Tech. Many of the homes have been or are going through extensive remodels to meet the demand for professionals, professors, and students who desire to live near campus.
