The house is located in a quite family neighborhood. Multiple restaurants are available within a mile of the house. The south loop is less than 2 miles from the residence and Texas Tech is just 5 1/2 miles away. You can access any spot in Lubbock in less than 15 minutes from the house. This is a great location!

There’s room for 2 vehicles to park in the garage and room for 2 more in the driveway. The garage is equipped with a level 2 electric vehicle charger.
